Freewinds Crew and Passengers Share The Way to Happiness at Aruba’s Children’s Carnival Parade

The Children’s Carnival Parade is a beloved family-friendly event in Aruba that showcases brass bands, colorful costumes and vibrantly decorated floats. When this year’s celebration took place, Freewinds passengers and crew members were out in force spreading happiness by sharing the common-sense guide to a moral life. Children and adults alike eagerly accepted The Way to Happiness, with many asking for additional copies to bring home with them.

At the start of the parade route, while they were distributing booklets to bystanders, a costumed little girl riding on a float waved to some of our passengers, asking for her own copy. She was given one and she proceeded to display it to the crowds all along the route.

By the end of this joyous celebration, hundreds of booklets were handed out, most in Papiamento (the native language of Aruba).
