Freewinds Welcomes Curaçao Community Aboard for an Evening of Live Music
Whether it’s inviting our ports-of-call communities on board for an evening concert, hosting a fundraiser to benefit local charities or holding seminars to share the practical solutions of Scientology, wherever we dock, the Freewinds spreads a spirit of goodwill.
Carmel Gaddis has performed on stages around the world, and she captivated the crowd on the Freewinds.
That was certainly the case recently in Curaçao, where we welcomed locals aboard to enjoy a concert that featured a roster of talented guest artists. The always soulful Michele Henderson, backed up by Latin percussionist Pernell Saturnino and keyboardist Giovanni Maduro, got the audience into the swing of things as they swayed to the music. Guests were also wowed by the pop-rock stylings of LA-based singer-songwriter Carmel Gaddis. Music truly is a universal language—one that promotes connection. The concerts we host are another way we strengthen our bonds with island communities throughout the Caribbean.
